Ujęcia teoretyczne wczesnej i szybkiej internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie i omówienie najważniejszych podejść teoretycznych (modeli) wyjaśniających zjawisko przedsiębiorstw wcześnie umiędzynarodowionych (PWU). Przedstawiają one główne determinanty, wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne, wczesnej i szybkiej internacjonalizacji małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Modele zawierają mniej czy bardziej bezpośrednie odniesienia do koncepcji przedsiębiorczości międzynarodowej. Szczególnie istotne znaczenie mają w większości cechy założycieli/pierwszych właścicieli omawianych przedsiębiorstw. Zastosowano podejście opisowe i porównawcze. Przedstawiono sześć modeli pochodzących od autorów z krajów wysoko rozwiniętych, na które często powołują się badacze piszący o PWU. Są to modele opracowane przez: Madsena i Servaisa; Rasmussana, Madsena i Evangelistę; Rialpa, Rialpa i Knighta; Mainelę, Pernu i Puhakkę, Anderssona; Evers. W artykule zaprezentowano także model polskich autorów, Cieślika i Kąciaka, odnoszący się do związków między transformacją systemową (głównie w krajach Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej), przedsiębiorczością międzynarodową i zakładaniem PWU. Wskazano na najważniejsze elementy modeli oraz dalsze badania, dla których przedstawione modele mogą się stać punktem wyjścia. Ponadto przedstawiono przewidywane kierunki dalszych badań nad PWU, które mogłyby stanowić kolejne przyczynki do wiedzy na ich temat.
