Measuring The Level Of Tourist Satisfaction. Case Study Brasov County

Abstract

This study is based on one of European Tourism Indicators System (ETIS) questionnaire, proposed by European Commission in 2013, and has as main objectives to measuring the satisfaction level of the Romanian and foreign tourists arrived in Brașov. In order to achieve the above mentioned objective, a market survey was carried out on a sample of 1,119 visitors to Brașov County, in 2016. The results can be used by businesses and the local managing authorities in establishing the strategies for the sustainable development of tourism in the region.
