E-mail: chinnova@ntf.ruПо итогам экспертно-методической поддержки реализации программ развития опорных университетов в 2016-2017 гг. сформированы целевая модель опорного университета и четыре типовые модели трансформации опорных университетов: технологический лидер в регионе, многопрофильный региональный университет, лидер в отрасли (отраслевой университет), университет в трансграничном регионе. В статье приведены характеристики данных моделей, представлен анализ регионов, в которых распространены те или иные модели, и результаты апробации моделей.Показано, что университеты, относящиеся к категории опорных, развиваются преимущественно в соответствии с двумя типовыми моделями: "многопрофильный региональный университет" (почти половина участников проекта, относятся к группе классических университетов) и "технологический лидер в регионе" (треть опорных вузов, являются техническими вузами). При этом для большинства университетов прослеживается четкая взаимосвязь выбираемой модели трансформации с их текущим состоянием и характеристиками внешней среды. Однако ряд вузов в силу особенностей их внешнесистемных и внутрисистемных факторов занимает промежуточное положение и не может быть однозначно отнесен к конкретной модели. Авторы считают, что в этом случае вуз может использовать элементы нескольких моделей трансформации, но основополагающим при выборе модели должен стать комплекс региональных факторов, определяющих место и роль опорного университета в рамках приоритетных направлений развития региона.
