Abstract

Инфляция активов и кредитная экспансия рассматриваются как инструменты достижения долговременного оптимума для модели с перекрывающимися поколениями. Показана необходимость кредита для поддержания высоких темпов инфляции актива, опережающей рост ВВП и обеспечивающей оптимальное распределение богатства между поколениями. Демонстрируется связь инфляции активов с оптимальной монетарной политикой.
