Роль Человеческого Капитала В Становлении Эффективной Экономики

Abstract

Проведен анализ взаимозависимости эффективности национальной экономики, эффективности государства и развития человеческого потенциала. Сделан вывод, что основные приоритеты государственной политики, направленной на становление и развитие эффективной экономики, сводятся к созданию условий для 1) сбалансированного распределения человеческого капитала между отраслями народного хозяйства; 2) стимулирования накопления человеческого капитала в рамках каждой из отраслей, в том числе и за счет его самонакопления.
