Firme-réseau globale et réseaux transnationaux d’ONG : Vers un nouveau mode de régulation ?

Abstract

Cette contribution s’appuie sur l’observation d’un cas de campagne activiste mettant en cause la marque allemande PUMA au sujet des conditions de travail des salariés de l’un de ses sous-traitants au Mexique. De nature exploratoire, ce travail pose les bases d’un cadre d’analyse des mutations organisationnelles et stratégiques observables dans les relations entre l’entreprise et les nouveaux acteurs du dialogue social que constituent les ONG activistes. Il souligne l’émergence d’une articulation étroite entre les formes organisationnelles et les orientations stratégiques respectivement développées par les firmes-réseaux globales et par les ONG, et mobilise le concept de mode de régulation pour situer cette évolution dans la perspective plus large de construction de nouveaux équilibres sociétaux dans une économie globalisée.
