Econometric analysis of Russian market of mergers and acquisitions

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to discuss an application of econometric models for the Russian market of mergers and acquisitions, to raise the economic effectiveness of Russian companies’ integration policy, and to reveal the integration line in order to raise the competitiveness of the Russian economy.
