Abstract

[spa] Evolución de la desigualdad de los asalariados debido a las diferencias de cualificación: estudio de las empresas francesas de 1976 a 1987, . por Alain Trannoy y Chantai Lugand.. . En el presente artículo se analizan los datos de una encuesta relativa a los salarios practicados en 161 establecimientos. Los escalafones utilizados corresponden a aquellos de la tabla de cualificación de la Unión de industrias metalúrgicas y mineras. La evolución de la desigualdad es el resultado de la modif icación de la tabla de salarios por escalafones y de la modificación de la estmctura de efectivos por escalafones de cualificación. La indeterminación del efecto estructural permite entender por qué la reducción de la variedad de salarios no ha provocado una reducción de la desigualdad, en la gran mayoría de los establecimientos de la muestra. L'évolution de l'inégalité résulte de la modification de la grille de salaires par échelons, et de la modification de la structure des effectifs par échelons de qualification. L'indétermination de l'effet structure permet d'expliquer que la réduction de l'éventail des salaires n'ait pas, dans la grande majorité des établissements de l'échantillon, conduit à une réduction de l'inégalité. [eng] Changes in Wage Inequality Due to Qualification Levels: A Study on French Firms from 1976 to 1987, . by Alain Trannoy, Chantai Lugand.. . This paper analyses the data from a survey on the wages to be found in 161 establishments. This scale is based on the qualification grid for the Metal and Mine Industries Union. Developments in the inequality situation are the result of the changes in the wage grid scale and the changes in staff structure by qualification step. Lack of clarity with regard to structure is the reason why the smaller-step salary scale did not help in reducing inequality in the vast majority of the firms in the sample. [ger] Die Entwicklung der Ungleichheit der Löhne infolge unterschiedlicher Qualifikationen : eine Untersuchung in französischen Unternehmen zwischen 1976 und 1987, . von Alain Trannoy, Chantai Lugand.. . In diesem Artikel werden die Daten untersucht, die aus einer Erhebung über die in 161 französischen Betrieben gezahlten Löhne stammen. Die Eingruppierung entspricht dem Qualifikationsschlüssel des Verbandes der Metall- und Bergbauindustrien. Die Entwicklung der Ungleichheit ist das Ergebnis der Änderung der Lohntabelle in den einzelnen Gruppen sowie der Änderung der Beschäftigtenstruktur pro Qualifikationsgruppe. Mit der Unbestimmtheit des Struktureffekts läßt sich erklâren, daB die Reduzierung der Lohnskala in den meisten Betrieben der Stichprobe nicht zu einer Verringerung der Ungleichheit geführt hat.
