Abstract
ÐœÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ мениджмънт и в Ñ‡Ð°Ñ Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚ компаниите Ð²Ñ Ðµ повече биват принуждавани да оперират и да Ñ Ðµ развиват в ÑƒÑ Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° динамизъм, Ð½ÐµÑ Ð¸Ð³ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚ и Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ðº конкурентен Ð½Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ðº. Управлението им опира до ефективното координиране на техните Ð´ÐµÐ¹Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ñ Ñ‚Ð²Ð¾Ð¼ приобщаване на ÑƒÑ Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð° на Ð²Ñ Ð¸Ñ‡ÐºÐ¸ членове към Ð¿Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ð½Ðµ на общите цели.
