Charakteristika eines finanz-dominierten Akkumulationsregimes in Europa

Abstract

Während es einen Konsens darüber gibt, dass das fordistische Akkumulationsregime im Laufe der 1970er Jahre zu einem Ende gekommen ist, besteht keine Einigkeit darüber, wie das post-fordistische Regime zu beschreiben ist. Dieser Artikel leistet einen Beitrag zur Analyse der Effekte der Finanzialisierung Dafür werden für die EU Länder Veränderungen im Investitionsverhalten, im Konsumverhalten, den Kapitalflüssen und den Staatsausgaben sowie deren möglicher Zusammenhang mit Finanzialisierung untersucht. Haushalte haben höhere Schuldniveaus. Steigende Profite von Unternehmen gehen mit nur gemäßigten Investitionen einher. Der Beitrag fasst dieses Phänomen begrifflich als "finanz-dominiertes" Akkumulationsregime, um hervorzuheben, dass finanzielle Entwicklungen das Muster und das Tempo der Akkumulation entscheidend prägen.
