Przynależność do kohorty pokoleniowej jako determinanta korzystania z BLIK-a

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie podobieństw i różnic w korzystaniu z wybranych funkcji BLIK-a wśród użytkowników bankowych aplikacji mobilnych należących do pokoleń: X, Y i Z. Liczne badania potwierdzają, że te trzy kohorty pokoleniowe mają odmienne doświadczenia w korzystaniu z technologii cyfrowej i inne postawy wobec technologii mobilnej w usługach bankowych oraz różnią się preferencjami co do kanału dostępu do tych usług. W związku z tym sformułowano hipotezę, że pomiędzy użytkownikami aplikacji bankowych z poszczególnych generacji będą występować statystycznie istotne różnice w korzystaniu z wybranych funkcji BLIK-a. W celu jej weryfikacji wśród użytkowników bankowych aplikacji mobilnych przeprowadzono badanie ilościowe z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza (CAWI). Zastosowanie testu niezależności chi-kwadrat oraz metody analizy korespondencji potwierdziło, że pomiędzy osobami z generacji X, Y i Z występują różnice w częstości korzystania z następujących funkcji BLIK-a: przelew internetowy, przelew na telefon (P2P) i płatność w POS z użyciem kodu.
