Az EU-csatlakozás és a magyar kutatás-fejlesztési és technológiai innovációs stratégia

Abstract

Az Európai Unióba való belépéssel a magyar gazdaságpolitika mozgástere megváltozott, autonómiája sok területen módosult. A gazdaságpolitika cél-, eszköz- és intézményrendszere új dimenziókkal: a közösségi gazdaságpolitikai koordinációban való részvétellel, a közös és közösségi politika átvételével, továbbfejlesztésébe, illetve esetenként kidolgozásába való bekapcsolódással gazdagodott. Arra a kérdésre keressük a választ, hogy a közösségi kutatás-fejlesztési és technológiai innovációs politika milyen mozgásteret teremt Magyarország számára, és az ország mennyiben képes megfelelni a közösségi politika követelményeinek. A közösségi és a magyar kutatás-fejlesztési és technológiai innovációs politika mennyiben tükrözi a témára vonatkozó legújabb elméleti megközelítéseket, milyen viszonyban áll egymással a közösségi és a magyar megközelítés. A tanulmány először a közösségi feltételrendszert mutatja be, majd rövid helyzetértékelést követően a magyar kutatás-fejlesztési és technológiai innovációs politikával szembeni követelményeket elemzi, végül összefoglalja a következtetéseket és a javaslatokat.
