Gondolatok a szövetkezetelmélet fejlődéséről

Abstract

A tanulmány a szövetkezetelmélet két speciális irányát mutatja be, az amerikai elmé let két alapvető fejlődési útját, valamint egy új megközelítésben vizsgálja a szövetke zeti forma által okozott különleges szervezeti és működési problémákat. Az új intéz ményi közgazdaságtan elemzési módszere széles körű lehetőséget biztosít a szö vetkezet elemzésére és e különleges szervezeti forma elméleti továbbfejlesztésére. Ezt a módszertant használva több vitás kérdés megválaszolása válik egyértelművé, különösen, ha a magyarországi szövetkezeti átalakulást tekintjük. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: Q13.
