A magántulajdon terjedése és a vállalatok gazdasági teljesítményei 1988 és 1992 között. Első eredmények
[Expansion of the private sector and the companies' economic performance between 1988 and 1992]

Abstract

Hat éve zajlik a magángazdaság kiépülése Magyarországon. Bár a folyamat végét még nem látjuk, egyre fontosabbá válik az a kérdés, hogy mit eredményez a magántulajdon térnyerése a vállalkozások gazdasági teljesítményeiben? A jelen tanulmány annak a vizsgálatnak az első eredményeit ismerteti, amely az 1988-1992 közötti időszakban követte nyomon a kettős könyvvitelt végző vállalkozások jövedelmezőségének, hatékonyságának és termelékenységének változását a tulajdonosi szerkezetük átalakulásával összefüggésben. Ezek a vállalatok és vállalkozások minden évben a foglalkoztatás, az eszközök és a létrehozott GDP 80-90 százalékát adták. Az eredmények ahhoz a következtetéshez vezetnek, hogy a magánvállalkozások összességének jövedelmezősége - tehát tőkehatékonysága - egyelőre nem jobb az állami vállalatokénál, de termelékenységük már meghaladja az állami vállalatokét. Ugyanakkor mind a magánvállalkozások, mind az állami vállalatok csoportjainak átlagos mutatóihoz igen nagy és növekvő szórások tartoztak. A vizsgálat váratlan eredményei felhívják a figyelmet arra, hogy csakis a privatizáció ésszerű módszerekkel történő gyors befejezésétől várható, hogy a magyar gazdaságban ne az állami szektor hasonlítsa magához a magánvállalkozásokat, hanem a magántulajdon megszilárdulásával a magánvállalkozások előnyei kibontakozhassanak.
