Abstract

A lakáspolitika lényeges és gyors változáson ment keresztül Európában és fejlett világ más országaiban. A posztszocialista átmenet során Magyarországon is napi rendre kerültek a lakásszektor átalakításának olyan alapvető kérdései, mint az állam és piac szerepének meghatározása vagy a támogatások mértékének és jellegének kialakítása. A cikk az elmúlt évtized külföldi tapasztalatait ismerteti, kiemelve és ada tokkal szemléltetve azokat az elvi és gyakorlati problémákat, amelyeknek megoldása Magyarországon is a közeljövő feladatai közé tartozik.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: R21, H41.
