A tanárok keresete és a tudást fejlesztő felsőoktatás

Abstract

A szerzőpáros e cikkben - ez év júniusában közreadott könyvük1 folytatásaként - részletesebben bemutatja a felsőoktatás gyenge színvonaláért felelős két fő tényezőt: az oktatók relatív keresetének a rendszerváltás óta bekövetkezett drámai hanyatlását és az ötvenes évekből átvett formális, mennyiségi fejlesztéspolitikát. Rámutatnak a szükséges változtatások fő irányaira, és bemutatják, hogy ennek anyagi feltételei rendelkezésre állnak, sőt a jelenlegi anyagi ínség enyhítését is elősegítenék.
