Digitális vállalkozási ökoszisztémák a Kárpát-Balkán térségben
[Digital entrepreneurship ecosystems in the Carpathian-Balkan region]

Abstract

Tanulmányunkban a Kárpát-Balkán térség országainak digitális vállalkozási ökoszisztémáit vizsgáltuk. A tizennégy ország digitális vállalkozási környezetének teljesítményét az Ázsiai Fejlesztési Bank (ADB) megbízásából kidolgozott kompozit indikátor, a digitális vállalkozási rendszerek globális indexe (Global Index of Digital Entrepreneurship Systems, GIDES) segítségével hasonlítottuk össze. A GIDES erőssége, hogy az országok vállalkozási ökoszisztémáját a vállalkozási tevékenység és a digitalizáció szempontjainak együttes mérlegelésével értékeli. A mutató alkalmazásával azonosítottuk a térséghez tartozó országok digitális vállalkozási ökoszisztémájának erősségeit és gyengeségeit. Továbbá az úgynevezett kvalitatív komparatív elemzés (Qualitative Comparative Analysis, QCA) módszerével feltártuk, hogy ezekben az országokban mely digitális vállalkozási ökoszisztéma-tényezők szükségesek, illetve mely tényezők kombinációi elegendők a startupok átlag feletti térségi jelenlétének biztosításához.
