A gyümölcstermesztő és az ipari beszállító vállalkozások piaci pozíciója. Egy kvalitatív kutatás eredményei
[Empirical insights on the factors shaping the market position of fruit producers and industry suppliers]

Abstract

Cikkünk a magyar tulajdonú beszállító cégek piaci pozícióját és a pozíció alakítására vonatkozó tevékenységét elemzi az egyik leginkább kiszolgáltatottnak tekinthető gyümölcstermesztés, valamint a komoly vevő-szállítói koordinációt igénylő ipari beszállítás területén végzett mélyinterjúk alapján. Eredményeink szerint a gyümölcstermesztésben a vállalkozások a szerződéses viszonyokra nincsenek hatással, a hosszú távú üzleti kapcsolatok elsősorban a piaci bizonytalanságok csökkentését szolgálják. Az ipari beszállításban a feltételeket szintén a nagyobb partner és a piac diktálja, de az együttműködés sokkal intenzívebb, bizalmibb, a szállítók pozíciója sokkal egyedibb és erősebb, a hozamok pedig magasabbak. Az üzleti együttműködés szabályait mindkét vizsgált terület esetében az értéklánc domináns cégei diktálják; a vállalkozások alkupozíciójukat csak közvetve alakíthatják: elsősorban termékeik és üzleti működésük módosításával tudják befolyásolni, hogy mekkora mozgásteret biztosít nekik az értéklánc központi szereplője.
