A koronavírus-járvány miatt bevezetett jegybanki és állami hitelprogramok hatása a magyar foglalkoztatásra
[The impact of central-bank and state-loan programmes introduced in Hungarian employment due to the coronavirus]

Abstract

A gazdasági válsághelyzetekben gyakran drasztikusan visszaeső hitelkínálat jelentősen ronthatja a vállalatok hitelhez jutási lehetőségeit, így kilábalási esélyeiket, reálgazdasági teljesítményüket is. Mennyiben enyhíthetik e problémát a támogatott hitelek? Tanulmányunkban ezt vizsgáljuk meg a koronavírus-járvány miatt Magyarországon bevezetett jegybanki és állami hitelprogramok foglalkoztatási hatásán keresztül. Vizsgálatunk vállalati szintű mikroadatbázison - becsült részvételi valószínűségen alapuló párosítást és fix hatásos panelregressziót alkalmazva - értékeli a támogatott hitelek hatását a cégek havi frekvenciás létszámadataira. Eredményeink szerint a támogatott hitelprogramokat igénybe vevő, öt főnél nagyobb vállalatok létszámdinamikája szignifikánsan kedvezőbben alakult 2020 márciusa és decembere között, mint a hasonló, ám a programokat nem kihasználó vállalatoké. A mért hatás az "NHP Hajrá!" program, a beruházási hitelek, illetve a kisvállalkozások tekintetében mutatható ki legnagyobb mértékben.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: D22, E24, G38, H81
