Hálózati tanulás az ipar 4.0 korában
[Network learning in the 4.0 era of industry]

Abstract

A negyedik ipari forradalom sebessége és kiterjedtsége új társadalmi-technológiai kihívás elé állítja a gazdasági szereplőket, amelyet sem önmagukban, sem hagyományos szervezetközi együttműködés és tanulás segítségével nem tudnak megoldani. Magyarország gazdaságpolitikájában döntő szerepe van a további iparosításnak, így az ipar 4.0 sikere kulcsfontosságú az ország számára. Az Ipar 4.0 Nemzeti Technológiai Platform Szövetség 20 meghatározó tagjával készített interjú, valamint az ipar 4.0 kapcsán Magyarországon is meghatározó 109 szakemberrel készített kérdőíves vizsgálat szerint a gazdasági hálózat és szereplőinek együttes fejlődésére és tanulására van szükség, ami hálózati tanulás segítségével érhető el. Ez azt jelenti, hogy egyszerre szükséges a hálózat kultúrájának, értékeinek és operatív gyakorlatainak fejlesztése a hálózat egészében és az egyes csomópontjain (vállalatok, kormányzat, egyetemek stb.) is. A platformnak meghatározó a szerepe mind az együttműködés kialakításában - ami elengedhetetlen a bizalom kiépítésében -, mind a hálózati tanulás irányításában.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: L5, L6, M11, O3, O4, O14, O25.
