A repülőtéri zsúfoltságkezelési módszerek hatékonysága
[The efficiency of methods to treat crowding in airports]

Abstract

A zsúfoltság világszerte számos nagy repülőtéren jelen van. A zsúfoltság késlekedést, kellemetlenséget és költséget okoz, és az ebből származó hatékonyságveszteség problémáját kezelni kell. Számos módszer közül ez a tanulmány a repülőtéri zsúfoltság az adminisztratív résidő-kiosztási módszerre és a zsúfoltsági árazásra koncentrál. Először a szakirodalom alapján megmutatjuk, hogy a zsúfoltság mérséklésére a zsúfoltsági árazás hatékonyabb módszer, mint a résidőkiosztás. A gyakorlatban azonban az európai repülőterek az adminisztratív résidőkiosztás valamilyen formáját alkalmazzák. Ebben a cikkben a résidő-értékelési mátrixot mutatjuk be, amelynek segítségével az adminisztratív résidőkiosztás hatékonyságvesztesége megbecsülhető.
