Formation de l’intention entrepreneuriale des jeunes

Abstract

Résumé Objet : Cette recherche analyse les effets des facteurs psychologie et du soutien social sur la formation de l’intention entrepreneuriale des jeunes. Méthodologie : Pour mieux appréhender le phénomène, nous avons réalisé un questionnaire qui est administré à 105 jeunes des universités du Bénin. Le traitement et l’analyse des données est fait par la modélisation à équations structurelles sous les logiciels SPSS 24 et SmartPLS3 Résultats : Les résultats révèlent que la formation de l’intention entrepreneuriale des jeunes est influencée par la réussite individuelle et la création de valeur. Les résultats montrent que le soutien social médiatise la relation entre la réussite entrepreneuriale et la formation de l’intention entrepreneuriale et les facteurs psychologiques modèrent successivement la relation entre la création de valeur et la formation de l’intention entrepreneuriale d’une part et d’autre part la relation entre la réussite entrepreneuriale et la formation de l’intention entrepreneuriale.
