Die Krise des Wohlfahrtsstaates. Eine Neubetrachtung (frei) nach Schumpeter und Morgenstern

Abstract

Der Essay deutet die Krise des Wohlfahrtsstaates mit Schumpeter als Krise der herk÷mmlichen staatlichen Methoden, gesellschaftliche Aufgaben zu erf³llen. Des weiteren wird zunehmende Bedeutung von "Null- und Negativsummen-Spielen" anstelle von "Positivsummen-Spielen" als wichtige (Teil-)Ursache der Krise des Wohlfahrtsstaates erkannt. Erstere wird auf die seit dem Ende der System-Konkurrenz eingetretene ─nderung des sozio÷konomischen Kontextes, in dem die Mikroentscheidungen getroffen werden, zur³ckgef³hrt. Demgemõ▀ werden Vorschlõge zur Inszenierung eine Kooperations-Modus vorgeschlagen.
