Abstract

Partendo dal concetto che la sicurezza ? competitivit?, il saggio concentra l?attenzione sugli aspetti riconducibili alla gestione della sicurezza strettamente connessi alle opzioni strategiche e competitive dell'impresa. L?assunto su cui si sviluppa il lavoro ? che gestire bene la sicurezza ? conveniente dal punto di vista economico in quanto permette di ottenere benefici in termini di posizionamento competitivo, di miglioramenti del fatturato, della redditivit? e del clima interno. Il lavoro intervalla le riflessioni teoriche con esempi di realt? aziendali mostrando concretamente i benefici derivanti dagli investimenti in salute e sicurezza ed alcune delle condizioni essenziale affinch? tali benefici si possano concretamente realizzare
