"REHA Ticino". Governo e coordinamento strategico di una rete sanitaria pubblico-privata

Abstract

"REHA Ticino" e una rete riabilitativa, attivata in modo volontario, che opera all?interno di un sistema di regolazione e pianificazione pubblica. Grazie a uno studio di caso, osservazione diretta e partecipata degli autori e un?indagine diretta agli operatori, il contributo si propone di analizzare le principali leve di azione utilizzate nel processo di costituzione della rete. Particolare attenzione verra dedicata agli elementi di convergenza e/o divergenza con altre esperienze di reti sanitarie e alla valutazione dell?efficacia delle logiche di network leadership e knowledge management. L?analisi permette di evidenziare come la cultura del servizio, unitamente a una logica di network leadership distribuita, possa senza dubbio rappresentare un fattore di successo per il governo e il coordinamento strategico di una rete sanitaria pubblico-privata.
