Percorsi di nascita e di sviluppo dei contratti di rete

Abstract

Il lavoro propone una lettura dinamica del contratto di rete avvalendosi degli strumenti e dei modelli interpretativi elaborati dagli studiosi di reti e relazioni nei mercati business-tobusiness e dei risultati di una ricerca empirica condotta negli ultimi due anni sui contratti di rete. In particolare, il lavoro analizza le principali variabili che intervengono nelle diverse fasi in cui prendono vita e si sviluppano i contratti di rete e mette in luce i fattori che giocano un ruolo positivo, a supporto dell?efficace evolvere degli stessi. Nello stesso tempo vengono evidenziati i fattori che intervengono generando alcune problematiche e si sottolineano le principali criticit? che contraddistinguono le diverse fasi in cui si articola e sviluppa il contratto di rete. Vengono infine proposte alcune leve adatte al superamento delle criticit? rilevate.
