Il Contratto di rete. Profili giuridici

Abstract

In questo articolo viene indagata nei suoi aspetti caratterizzanti la figura giuridica del Contratto di rete, introdotto dall?art. 3 comma 4-ter della legge 09/04/09 n? 33. Il Contratto di rete si pone come una novit? legislativa, anche nel panorama internazionale, finalizzata ad incentivare e regolare forme di aggregazione tra imprese e si caratterizza per essere una figura flessibile di contratto plurilaterale. Questo lavoro ne analizza i profili giuridici e le differenze rispetto alle figure tradizionali, soffermandosi in particolare sulla limitazione di responsabilit? che ? prevista in riguardo alla dotazione patrimoniale della rete.
