Aggregazione di imprese e contratto di rete

Abstract

In questo lavoro analizziamo il sistema italiano delle politiche pubbliche per l?aggregazione delle imprese, alla luce della nuova disciplina del "contratto di rete". Lo scopo ? quello di valutare l?opportunit? di inserire il contratto di rete tra i destinatari delle politiche di incentivazione per i processi di aggregazione. Dai dati a nostra disposizione emerge il ruolo potenzialmente strategico del contratto di rete. Ad esso si associa difatti il vantaggio connesso al suo profilo giuridico di norma dispositiva, e dunque derogabile, capace di interpretare al meglio le esigenze funzionali e strategiche delle piccole e medie imprese lungo la strada dell?aggregazione.
