Il vino come elemento culturale e analitico nella storia del pensiero economico. Vino, agricoltura e commercio internazionale da Cantillon a Ricardo

Abstract

A partire dai paradigmi preclassici di Cantillon e Quesnay, fino ad arrivare all?affermazione della teoria classica di Smith e Ricardo, il vino ? stato utilizzato dai grandi autori del pensiero economico per analizzare il tema della produttivit? del settore primario, del rapporto con quello manifatturiero e del commercio internazionale. Pur perdendo gran parte del suo ruolo paradigmatico con la rivoluzione marginalista, il vino rimane oggetto di alcune questioni contemporanee che caratterizzano l?indagine economica.
