Crowdunfing: una aplicación en la modelación de ecuaciones estructurales (SEM)

Abstract

La situación económica de país y del mundo en general, ha propiciado nuevas formas de que los emprendedores e inversionistas se alleguen de fondos. Además, la tecnología Fintech ha propiciado nuevos modelos de finanzas tecnológicas. El objetivo del estudio es conocer la aplicación de la Modelación de Ecuaciones Estructurales sustentado en la teoría para la construcción de modelos enfocados al crowdfunding, para la financiación empresarial y no empresarial. La metodología por utilizar será una revisión crítica de modelos estructurales sustentados en la teoría. Los resultados esperados ayudarán a difundir esta metodología para la recaudación de fondos de diversos proyectos empresariales y no empresariales. Además, hacer uso de la Modelación de Ecuaciones Estructurales como parte de probar modelos conceptuales, teóricos, así como probar la teoría, postular nuevas perspectivas teóricas o, en su caso ampliar la teoría existente.
