Simultaneous demonstration tests involving sparse failures

Abstract

A previous technique for performing demonstration tests on a single unit has been generalized for the case of carrying out a set of simultaneous tests in parallel regarding that unit. The system is accepted if there are mostly successes and only some sparse failures are encountered according to some specific pattern. The practical benefit of reducing the required time of testing is achieved.
