Abstract

Guillaume Franck focusses on the paramount importance of the impact of culture on the success or failure of a merger or acquisition. Drawing on many European case-studies of M and As, he explores some of the concepts, particularly in the field of cultural dynamics, that executives of European multinationals have used in M and A situations.
