Abstract

An important element of strategic management of social-economic development is the plan of this development. Strategic planning on regional level is impossible without certain goals and guidelines which are mentioned in the documents belonging to a higher management level. Therefore, macroeconomic indicators of the strategic plans on national and regional levels must be coordinated. The analysis carried out in this article allowed us to underline the necessity to harmonize the basic indicators of the accepted territory development strategies in Russia, as well as the directions for this harmonization.
