Transversalité, contrôle et gestion des ressources humaines : un cas de pilotage à l'épreuve des processus

Abstract

The development of transversal structures questions the adaptation of patterns of coordination and management tools. This article, which deals with a reengineering operation, shows various patterns of coordination used after the change, and the unequal adaptation of management tools.
