Abstract

The existence of different groups of employees in an organization can present certain problems in the human resource management if the characteristics of these groups are not taken into account. The present empirical study, carried out within the high school learning system in Dâmbovița County, aims to determine if there are significant differences in terms of monitoring the work motivation of teachers who belong to the different employment generations that currently coexist on the labor market: the Baby Boomers generation, Generation X, Generation Y and Generation Z and which one is more important.
