La Constitución Política de 1991 Y La Apertura Económica

Abstract

El documento analiza las incidencias del pensamiento neoliberal en la formulación de la Constitución Política de Colombia promulgada en 1991, como parte de su fundamento explícito. Así mismo, se revisa su incidencia dentro de las decisiones que en ella se tomaron, y que de una u otra forma, afectan la vida política, social y económica del pueblo colombiano. Se concluye que el neoliberalismo como teoría y política de mercado, establece condiciones para aplicarse en el diseno constitucional, con base en el rediseno de las reglas de juego propuestas por el Consenso de Washington.
