Brauchen wir staatliche Eingriffe in den Fleischmarkt?

Abstract

Volkswirte halten staatliche Eingriffe in den Fleischmarkt für erforderlich. Das ist das Ergebnis des 30. ifo-FAZ-Ökonomenpanels, an dem 123 Professor*innen teilnahmen. 85% fordern Regulierungen zum Tierwohl, insbesondere verbesserte Mindeststandards bei der Tierhaltung. Regulierungen zum Arbeitnehmer- und Umweltschutz werden jeweils auch von der Mehrheit der Volkswirte gefordert.
