Die deutsche Teilung und Wiedervereinigung und die „Auswirkungen“ des Kommunismus

Abstract

Die deutsche Teilung im Jahr 1949 in die DDR und die Bundesrepublik sowie die Wiedervereinigung im Jahr 1990 bieten einen Rahmen, um Auswirkungen des Kommunismus zu analysieren. Niemals zuvor ereignete sich eine derart unerwartete Einführung und Abschaffung eines kommunistischen Regimes auf dem Teilgebiet eines zuvor und danach vereinigten Landes. Dieser Beitrag argumentiert jedoch, dass man aus dieser Periode der deutschen Geschichte nicht direkt die Auswirkungen des Kommunismus ableiten kann.
