Nicht alle Firmen wollen Flüchtlinge einstellen

Abstract

Das ifo Institut hat zusammen mit dem Personaldienstleister Randstad im 4. Quartal 2015 Personalleiter von 1 163 Unternehmen nach ihrer Absicht gefragt, in diesem oder im kommenden Jahr Flüchtlinge einzustellen. 34% der Personalleiter können sich demnach vorstellen, 2016 oder ab 2017 Flüchtlinge zu beschäftigen. Für die Beurteilung des Umfrageergebnisses sind aber die generellen Einstellungsabsichten relevant. Deshalb wurden hier Daten des IAB-Betriebspanels 2015 herangezogen, in dessen Rahmen fast 16 000 Betriebe in Deutschland danach gefragt wurden, ob sie im 1. Halbjahr 2015 Einstellungen vorgenommen haben.
