Arbeitsmarktchancen von Flüchtlingen

Abstract

Die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage des ifo Instituts bei Personalleitern in mehr als 1 000 Unternehmen zeigen, dass vor allem Personalmanager im Gastgewerbe, in der Metall- und in der Ernährungsindustrie Erfahrung mit der Einstellung von Flüchtlingen haben. Insgesamt geben allerdings nur 7% der Personalleiter an, innerhalb der letzten 24 Monate Flüchtlinge in ihrem Unternehmen beschäftigt zu haben oder aktuell zu beschäftigen. Personalleiter mit Erfahrung sind doppelt so häufig bereit, in den nächsten Jahren Flüchtlinge einzustellen, wie Personalmanager, die damit keine Erfahrung besitzen.
