Zuschussrente: Die Diskussion um die Altersarmutsgefährdung

Abstract

In der aktuellen Diskussion um das Für und Wider einer Zuschussrente zur Verringerung eines zukünftigen Altersarmutsrisikos sind einige Punkte außer Acht gelassen worden. Die Berechnungen basieren auf teilweise unstimmigen Annahmen und berücksichtigen das schon vorhandene soziale Sicherungssystem, die Grundsicherung im Alter, nicht Auch die private sowie die betriebliche Vorsorge wurden weitgehend vernachlässigt. Der Artikel diskutiert diese Punkte und macht deutlich, wo die Zuschussrente helfen könnte und wo nicht.
