Abstract

Am 10. Juli 2012 verhandelte das Bundesverfassungsgericht über den ESM und den Fiskalpakt. Hans-Werner Sinn wurde von dem Gericht als Gutachter bei der Anhörung geladen. Dabei wurde dieser Text in gekürzter Form frei vorgetragen.
