Abstract

In dem seit mehr als sieben Jahren andauernden Handelsstreit zwischen der EU und den USA über Subventionen für die Flugzeughersteller Airbus und Boeing hat die Berufungsinstanz der Welthandelsorganisation, der WTO-Appellate Body, am 12. März 2012 ihren Abschlussbericht über US-amerikanische Subventionen für Boeing veröffentlicht. Stephan Wittig, University of Cambridge, analysiert die Entscheidung.
