Ausrüstungsinvestitionen stützen 2008 noch die Konjunktur – Mobilien-Leasing expandiert mit verringertem Tempo weiter

Abstract

In der deutschen Leasingwirtschaft ist es im Juli und August 2008 zu einer deutlichen Korrektur des Stimmungsbarometers gekommen. Das ifo Geschäftsklima für die Leasingbranche verschlechterte sich und fiel auf den tiefsten Stand seit fünf Jahren. Zurückzuführen ist dies in ersten Linie auf die deutlich pessimistischeren Äußerungen der Unternehmen hinsichtlich ihrer Geschäftserwartungen. Ihre aktuelle Geschäftslage beurteilten sie dagegen etwas günstiger. Vieles spricht dafür, dass sich die derzeit noch gute Lage im Leasinggeschäft in den kommenden Monaten spürbar abkühlen wird. Auch der auf den Lagebeurteilungen der Leasinggesellschaften basierende Investitionsindikator lässt zum Jahresende hin auf eine erkennbare Wachstumsverlangsamung bei den Ausrüstungsinvestitionen einschließlich der sonstigen Anlagen schließen. Insgesamt dürfte aber dennoch ein Zuwachs von nominal 6% erreichbar sein. In den beiden ersten Quartalen 2009 dürften die Ausrüstungsinvestitionen noch um rund 3% zulegen und im dritten Quartal stagnieren.
