Anlageinvestitionen: Weiterhin Rückgang in Ostdeutschland

Abstract

Für die Investitionen war 2005 ein weiteres Jahr der Stagnation. Die Aufwendungen der privaten und öffentlichen Investoren für neue Ausrüstungen und Bauten lagen im abgelaufenen Jahr in etwa auf dem Niveau der beiden Vorjahre, nämlich bei knapp 400 Mrd. € in jeweiligen Preisen. Nach dem konjunkturellen Einbruch der Investitionen 2001 hat sich die Lage somit zwar seit 2003 stabilisiert, aber eine Belebung auf breiter Front ist noch nicht eingetreten. Die Investitionskonjunktur in den alten und neuen Bundesländern ist uneinheitlich. In Westdeutschland blieben die Anlageinvestitionen 2004 stabil und haben 2005 das Vorjahresniveau wieder leicht überschritten, während sich in den neuen Bundesländern der seit 1996 anhaltende Abwärtstrend fortgesetzt hat. Die Anlageinvestitionen schrumpften hier 2005 um fast 2 Mrd. €, das sind 2,8%. Dadurch wurde der Zuwachs in Westdeutschland ausgeglichen.
