Stabile Aufwärtstendenz im europäischen Geschosswohnungsbau – Weitere Ergebnisse der Euroconstruct-Sommerkonferenz 2005

Abstract

Nach den aktualisierten Euroconstruct-Prognosen wird der leichte Rückgang des Eigenheimbaus in Europa noch bis 2007 anhalten. Demgegenüber steigt die Zahl der fertiggestellten Wohnungen in Mehrfamiliengebäuden fast bis zum Ende des Prognosezeitraums weiter an. In wertmäßiger Betrachtung reicht die anhaltende Ausweitung des Geschosswohnungsbaus allerdings nicht aus, um die leichte Erholung des Wohnungsneubaus zu stabilisieren und nachhaltig werden zu lassen. Für 2006 und 2007 ist vielmehr mit einer leichten Abschwächung zu rechnen.
