Dezentralisierung staatlicher Aktivitäten - ein internationaler Vergleich

Abstract

Die Notwendigkeit öffentlicher Ausgaben sollte nicht nur im Hinblick auf ihre Summe hinterfragt werden. Von Bedeutung ist auch, welche Ebene der öffentlichen Verwaltung mit der Bereitstellung und der Finanzierung öffentlicher Güter und Leistungen beauftragt ist. In dem Beitrag werden 20 Länder hinsichtlich des Grades der Dezentralisierung verglichen.
