Genocída Arménov A Postoj Vybraných Medzinárodných Aktérov (2. Časť)

Abstract

Arménska genocída je prvou genocídou 20. storočia, ktorá je svedectvom ľudskej nevraživosti. Ako zločin proti ľudskosti ju uznali desiatky parlamentov európskych štátov, mimoeurópskych štátov, Európsky parlament i Rada Európy. Arménska genocída je súhrnné označenie pre vyvražďovanie približne 1,5 milióna Arménov Turkami počas rokov 1915 – 1923. Podľa niektorých názorov ide o prvú historicky zaznamenanú genocídu v dejinách. Cieľom príspevku je tiež poukázať na postoje vybraných aktérov medzinárodných vzťahov k problematike arménskej genocídy v súčasnosti.
