Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of factors affecting the global market of high-tech goods belonging to the most knowledge-intensive and technological sectors of the world economy. The subject of the study is high-tech goods belonging to the category of goods in the most knowledge-intensive and technological sector of the world economy, which are the main component of the rapid growth of the world market in the field of high technologies. The relevance of the research is determined by the ongoing changes in the global economy caused by universal integration, and contributing to the simultaneous intensification of international trade in high-tech products and the formation of a high-tech market. Increased competition in the global market activates the innovation sector, represented by a dynamically developing industry of high-tech products. The analysis of domestic and foreign works on this topic has revealed the relationship between the global market of high-tech goods and the scientific and technological potential of countries that influence their place in the global economy. The global market of high-tech goods also influences the development of export-import activities, contributes to the development of economic and technological ties between countries. The analysis of statistical data and their systematization using a tabular representation formed the methodological basis of the study. The analysis of the world market of high-tech products allowed us to identify the factors influencing the world market of high-tech products and the level of competitiveness of individual countries in the market under consideration.
