Koncentracja organizacji na jakości jako wciąż aktualna koncepcja zarządzania

Abstract

W artykule podjęto próbę zaprezentowania znaczenia zarządzania jakością we współczesnym zarządzaniu. Kontekstem tej analizy jest rozwój teorii i praktyki zarządzania, który związany jest m.in. z powstawaniem i praktycznym wdrażaniem nowych koncepcji oraz metod zarządzania. Kluczową tezą wyjaśnianą w artykule jest przekonanie, że mimo rozwoju zarządzania koncentracja na jakości ma ciągle niezwykle duże znaczenie. Widać to w stosowanych praktykach zarządzania, jak i w nowych koncepcjach, które bardzo często w całości włączają w swoje zasady działania rozwiązania wypracowane w ramach koncepcji i metod zarządzania jakością.
